How To Order:-

Ordering is simple, this page contains step by step instructions on how to place an order...

a) Kindly read our terms and regulation before proceed with your purchase.

b) Select your purchase by clicking the shopping cart icon on the right side of each product by the price tag.

c) Enter item quantity that you would like to order and click "Place Order" button.

d) Fill up your email address and contact number. 

e)  Please note to enter  size on the additional notes section provided. 

f)  Click "Place Order" button and wait for "Order Confirmation" notification via email or sms. 

g) Once you get our Order Confirmation on product availability,

     -> proceed with payment. Order Confirmation is valid for 48hours only.

Payment Method

1) We accept local order only (within Malaysia).

2) We accept various payment methods

Internet Bank Transfer
Direct Deposit (At bank counter or ATM)

    3) Once payment is made, customers are required to e-mail/sms/whatsapp us the 
Payment Details. (as Proof of Payment, please attach your copy of screenshot or picture of your receipt.)
c) Once payment is received, we will deliver the product on the next working day through Poslaju or your preferred Courier service. You should receive confirmation reply with tracking number included *within 48 hours*.

Cara Membuat Pesanan

1.       Ada beberapa cara mudah untuk anda membuat pesanan.

c.       Mesej peribadi (PM) di Facebook

d.    Di website, kategori 'Our Products'.. dengan memasukkan produk pilihan ke dalam shopping cart dan nyatakan kuantiti dan klik 'Place order'... langkah seterusnya adalah sama dgn langkah di no. 3.   

2.       Nyatakan kod produk yang ingin dipesan beserta saiz dan kuantiti.

3.       Setelah menerima pesanan anda, kami akan segera memeriksa stok dan sekiranya stok masih ada, anda akan menerima invois dari kami untuk membuat pembayaran.

4.       Pembayaran boleh dilakukan sama ada dengan pindahan dana ‘online banking’ atau mesin deposit ke akaun seperti yang disediakan di bawah.

5.       Sertakan bukti pembayaran seperti screen shot, atau gambar resit/slip pembayaran kepada kami.

6.       Sebaik sahaja pembayaran diterima, penghantaran produk yang anda pesan akan dilakukan pada keesokkan harinya menggunakan perkhidmatan PosLaju atau kurier yang anda pilih.

7.       Anda akan menerima tracking number anda dalam masa 48jam selepas pembayaran.

Return / Exchange of item policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund (minus shipping charges), or exchange the item for a different size / colour / style if preferred. 

Any item(s) you wish to return must be received, by us, in original condition* within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once an item is returned we will issue a refund within 72 hours.

Please note:

# The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
# The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please send a message to us with any problems or queries you may have with your order, this must be done immediately. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. We reserve the right to suspend any refund(s) due until the faulty item has been returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, you can send a message to us with any problems or queries you may have with your order. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us regarding the matter.
